The Mongoose Hooligan was a BMX workhorse throughout the 1990s, a staple in the lineup from 1990 through to 2001. The younger audience may be more familiar with the Mongoose Hooligan as a scooter, an alternative vehicle for the take-offs and rails of the skate park.
